Elizabeth (Martin) Sharp

Elizabeth Sharp, age 90, of Lake City, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2010 at her residence. She was born August 22, 1920 in Anderson County, Tn. to the late Riley and Ella Bertha Parks Martin. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lake City and was a member of the Joyful Sunday School Class. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, UT Sports, and spending time with family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Russell T. Sharp, her brothers Carl, Alvin, Clarence, Kelly and Floyd Martin, and her sisters, Bonnie Bailey and Lucille Smith.

Visitation: 5:30 to 7:00 PM Saturday, January 1, 2011 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 7:00 PM Saturday, January 1, 2011 in the Chapel at Hatmaker Funeral home with Rev. Donnie Disney and Rev. Brian Courtney officiating
Interment: Family and friends will meet at 1:15 PM Sunday January 2, 2011 at Hatmaker Funeral Home to go in procession to the Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton, Tn. for the 2:00 PM interment
