Elaine Margaret Cox, age 63 of Jacksboro, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at her residence. Elaine was born in Michigan on September 23, 1952 to the late George and Alice Lanning Shiels. Elaine loved bowling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Elaine is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Cox III.

Interment: Family and Friends will meet at the Cox Family Cemetery in Clinton, Tennessee on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. for Elaine's graveside service and interment with Rev. Adrian Tindell officiating.
