Earl Chapman

Earl Chapman age 89 of Clinton, TN went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, October 7, 2016. He was a member of Main Street Baptist Church for more than 50 years and later became a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church in Clarksville. Earl was a Master Mason and had been a member of Coal Creek Lodge, #492 F&AM for more than 50 years. He loved gardening and boating at Norris Lake, but not nearly as much as he loved God and his family. Earl is preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Lou Williams Chapman; and eleven siblings.

Visitation: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Main Street Baptist Church in Lake City.
Funeral Service: 5:00 PM, Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Main Street Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Phillips and Grandson Rev. Travis Freeman officiating.
Interment: Family and Friends will meet at 9:15 AM, Monday, October 10, 2016 at Hatmaker Funeral Home to go in funeral procession to Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City, Tennessee for Earl's 10:00 AM graveside service with Son-in-law Ervin Gilliam presiding. A Masonic service will be held at the graveside by the Coal Creek Lodge #492 F&AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial can be made to Main Street Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 405 , Lake City, Tennessee 37769.
