Dorothy Lou Vowell

Dorothy Lou "Dot" Vowell, age 86 of Lake City, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at her residence. She was born on April 21, 1928 in Anderson County to the late U.G. and Armenda (Minnie) Wilson. Dot was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake City and enjoyed gardening, working around the house, and spending time with family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Vowell, son, Terry Vowell, two brothers and eight sisters.
