Sue "Mama Sue" Wilson Tackett, age 68 of Lake City, joined her husband, daughter, and parents on Thursday, July 17, 2014 in Heaven. She was born June 6, 1946 in the Fraterville Community to the late Dewey and Arthorine McDaniel Wilson. She was a member of the Fraterville Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for thirty plus years as well as choir member and sometime choir leader. Sue enjoyed studying her bible, writing bible school projects, and plays for the church. She was Dr. Sexton's and Dr. Burrell's nurse for twenty plus years. She loved working with flowers, crafts, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Tackett, daughter LeeAnn Tackett.

She was the beloved sister to:

Visitation: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM Sunday, July 20, 2014 at Fraterville Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Sweat officiating.

Interment will follow funeral services on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City, Tennessee.
