Doris M. Daugherty Pyle

Doris M. Daugherty Pyle, age 68, of Caryville, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, January 18, 2016 at the Summit View of Rocky Top. Doris was born on December 11, 1947 in Knoxville, Tennessee to the late Arthur and Pearl Phillips Daugherty. Doris was of the Pentecostal faith. She loved to take care of her grandbabies. In addition to her parents, Doris is preceded in death by her brothers: David and Otis Daugherty.

Funeral Service: 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 21, 2015 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel in Lake City, with Rev. Tim Macking officiating.
Family and Friends will meet at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City on Friday, January 22, 2015 at 12:15 p.m. to go in procession to the Circle Cemetery in Briceville for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service.
