Dora Dean Braden Wilson age 98, of Briceville, passed away Monday, September 5, 2011 at Summit View of Lake City. Dora was born on November 2, 1912 in Anderson County, TN to the late William Thomas and Oma Webb Braden. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Briceville and worked for the Clinton Baptist Association at the Briceville Friendship Center. Dora and her Late Husband, Luther were married September 6, 1936. She enjoyed quilting, playing bingo, helping people, and loved to travel. Dora loved to play checkers and was the family checker champ. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Luther Wilson, sons, Billy George Wilson, James "JT" Wilson, brothers, Homer Braden, and Charley Braden, her sisters, Mable Bolton, and Alice Lowe, and her grandson Chris Marlow.

Funeral Service: 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel
Interment: Family and friends will meet at 10:30 AM Friday, September 9, 2011 at Hatmaker Funeral Home to go in funeral procession to the Sulphur Springs Cemetery in Clinton for the 11:00 AM Interment.
