Dale Ray Phillips Sr., age 49 of Clinton, Tennessee, passed away on March 25, 2021. Dale was born October 13, 1971 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Dale enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, the outdoors, and collecting antique coins. Dale is preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Daugherty Phillips and brother Merdis Daniel Phillips.
