Clarence "C.C" Thompson

Clarence "C.C."Thompson, age 101, of Lake City passed away at his daughter's residence on Thursday, June 13, 2013. Clarence was born on May 14, 1912 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Emitte R. and Cora Dolong Thompson. He was a member of Main Street Baptist Church of Lake City. Clarence enjoyed gardening, splitting wood, cutting other people's yards, and spending time with his family, friends, and his grand babies. In addition to his parents, Clarence is preceded in death by: his wife, Kate Thompson, two brothers, six sisters, Son-in-Law, Kamal Swad.

Visitation: 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 17, 2013 at Main Street Baptist Church in Lake City with Rev. Wayne Phillips officiating.
Interment: To Follow Funeral Service on Monday, June 17, 2013 at the Grandview Memorial Gardens in Clinton, Tennessee.
