Christine "Christy" Noe, age 32, of Lake City, passed away Monday, January 25, 2010 at the St. Mary's Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. She was born February 9, 1977 in Anderson County, TN. She loved spending time with her son and talking about the Bible. Christy attended the Pine Hill Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her father, Harold Seiber, brother, Daniel Seiber, niece, Ashley Nicole Jones, grandparents, Lucille & Robert Ruppert and Albert & Rosa Lee Seiber, aunts, Betty Sue and Millie Jane Seiber.
