Cecil Harlod Allen Jr

Cecil Harold Allen Jr., age 63 of Knoxville, TN, passed away Sunday, December 28th, 2014. He was born August 31, 1951. He was the husband of the late Carolyn G. Allen and the son of Late Cecil Harold Allen Sr. Harold was the owner of CHA Construction and enjoyed fishing, building, and spending time with family and friends.
