Carl E. Leinart, age 84, of Briceville passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at his home. He was born January 11, 1926 in Anderson County, TN to the late William Thomas and Mable Loula Haynes Leinart. Carl was a member of the Briceville First Baptist Church. He served in the Navy on the USS Makassar Strait CVE 91. Carl enjoyed gardening, fishing, canning and spending time with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, William Gilmore, Luther, Roy, Troy, Cleo, Glen and Paul Leinart, sisters, Mary Helen Parks and Willene Foust.

Funeral Service: 8:00 PM Friday, March 5, 2010 at the Briceville First Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Russell and Rev. Jimmy Ault officiating.
Interment: Friends and Family will meet at 1:15 PM at Hatmaker Funeral Home on Saturday, March 6, 2010 to go in procession for a 2:00 PM burial at the Sulpher Springs Cemetery, Clinton, TN with Military Honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
