Billy "Bj" Young

Our loving husband, father, and grandfather, Billy "B.J." Young, age 88, of Lake City, was called home with the Lord on the early morning of Monday, March 21, 2016. He was a gentle and kind man who had a love for people, sports, and his family and friends. He never met a stranger. If he didn't know you, he would get to know you. He was a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by parents: Everett and Pansy Young, sisters: Margaret Hyder of Lake City, and Linda Vowell of Oak Ridge.

Randall Young Clinton


Great Grandchildren Jaxson, Sydney, Braxton, Evan and Vance

Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City, Tennessee.
Funeral Service: 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 22, 2016 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lynn Mowery officiating.
Interment: Family and friends will meet at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City, Tennessee to go in procession to Pine Hill Cemetery in Lake City for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service with Military Honors provided by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
