Bill Mcfarland Jr

Mr. Bill McFarland, Jr., age 84 of Lake City, TN passed away on June 20, 2013 from complications of a stroke. Bill was a member of Island Ford Baptist Church. He retired from Brown Brothers Construction. He worked on numerous heavy equipment construction projects including I 75 from Knoxville to Jellico, and the tunnel between Middlesboro, KY and Cumberland Gap, TN. He is preceded in death by his father, Bill McFarland Sr., his mother, Mae Nance McFarland Cox, step father, Mack Cox; half brother, Gene Cox, half sister, Shirley Berryhill.

Visitation: Noon to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City.
Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Hatmaker Funeral Home with Rev. Ronald Guthrie officiating.
Interment: To Follow Funeral Service at Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City.
