Bent Carol Shepherd

Bent Carol Shepherd, age 65, of Lake City, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born June 15, 1944 in Eolia, KY to the late Herbert and Mattie Barnett Shepherd. Bent was a brick mason by trade, and he enjoyed wood working and playing with his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, step-mother Eartha Shepherd, brothers Herbert (Buddy) Shepherd, Hayes Shepherd, and Joel Shepherd, brother-in-laws Junior Gibbs and Carl Turner.

Friends and family will meet at 11:30 AM Friday, May 28. 2010 at Letcher Funeral Home in Whitesburg, Kentucky to go in funeral procession for a 12:00 PM burial at Sturgell Cemetery on Bowman Road in Eolia, KY.
