Azalee Cook

Azalee Jones Cook, age 74 of Lake City, passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at her residence. She was born February 24, 1938 in Anderson, TN. to the late Wilbur and Cenia Harness Lowe. Azalee was a member of Fratersville Baptist Church and the 700 Club. She enjoyed hunting, raising birds, Atlanta Braves, Tennessee Volunteer Football, and spending time with family and friends, especially her grandkids. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Hobart Cook, grand daughter, Ashley Nicole Jones, sisters Gladys Hawkins, and Lucy Brewer, and special nephew, Nate Hawkins.

Visitation: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Friday March 2, 2012 at Hatmaker Funeral Home
Funeral: 1:00 PM Saturday March 3, 2012 in the chapel of Hatmaker Funeral Home with son- in- law Will Grinder officiating
Interment to follow the Funeral Service at the Mountain View Cemetery in Lake City.
