Arnold Ray "A.R." Disney went to Heaven to be with his Lord and Savior, and his wife of 63 years, Janie Martin Disney on Thursday, January 21, 2016. A.R. was born on September 23, 1930 in Coal Creek, Tennessee to the late Clarence and Gladys Pace Disney. He was a lifetime member of Clear Branch Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. A.R. was an Air Force Veteran who served in the Korean Conflict as a member of the Elite Blackbird Squadron, which flew the last nighttime reconnaissance mission in Korea. He was a sales consultant for Sears for many years in the Knoxville and Oak Ridge area. A.R. enjoyed genealogy research and helping people. In addition to his parents and his wife, A.R. is preceded in death by: sister: Sarah Gail Tinsley, and brothers: William E. "Bill" Disney, and Wheeler R. Disney, both of whom were Air Force veterans.

Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 25, 2016 at Clear Branch Baptist Church in Lake City, with Rev. Randy Norton, Rev. Larry Webster, and Rev. Lynn Mowery officiating.
Interment: To follow funeral service on Monday, January 25, 2016 at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton with Military Honors presented by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
