Ailine Ward Adkins

Ailene Ward Adkins age 64 of Heiskell, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the North Knoxville Medical Center in Powell. She was born on April 26, 1948 in Anderson County to the late John D. and Rosa Ann Kennedy Marlow. Ailene was a member of Shultz Hollow Baptist Church. She enjoyed working with flowers, gospel music, attending gospel singings, riding around, snow, and camping. In addition to her parents, Ailene is preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Carter.

Funeral Service: 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 9, 2013 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Smith officiating.

Family and friends will meet at 10:15 AM Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Hatmaker Funeral Home to go in procession to the Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City for an 11:00 AM interment.
